eightMuay Thai features punches, kicks, elbows, knees and standing grappling. Thai training methods develop power, speed and superb cardio-vascular endurance as well as fighting spirit. Muay Thai training is also quite safe thanks to sophisticated pad training that evolved to keep fighters healthy between fights. Muay Thai has also proven very effective outside the ring and has been embraced enthusiastically by practitioners of a variety of self-defense, sporting, military and law enforcement activities.

 

kidsChildren & Thai-boxing:
Muay Thai training will not engender a violent nature in your child
In fact, he or she will learn quite the opposite kind of values. Young Thai boxers are noticeably more calm, reasonable and ready to negotiate than their unsporting peers, and much less prone to violence outside of the ring.
Through Muay Thai boxing your child can:
• learn to defend them selfs
• build self-confidence and discipline
• develop self-control, determination and learn to keep a cool heart
• achieve good health and a quick, strong body

Classes available range from Beginners to Advanced Level with a Kids classes also on offer.
